Ingredients
5 cups oats
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp runny honey or Agave syrup
2 cups water
1/4 cup coconut oil
Optional:
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Cacao powder
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix well
- Line a cupcake baking tin with baking parchment
- Pour the batter into the liners and bake for 20 mins.
